SPEEDS: Available Internet speeds may vary by address; small percent of customers will receive lower than advertised speeds. 30Mbps speed is 10X faster as compared to 3Mbps DSL.

ONLINE PHONE MANAGER: Must subscribe to Charter Internet and Phone & have a charter.com or Charter.net account log in to access & use Phone Online Manager service.

INTERNET MODEM: Lease of Internet modem included.

WIRELESS ROUTER: Customer must have wireless router to receive wireless service; Charter does not provide.

STREAMING CONTENT: Must subscribe to corresponding level of service to receive their online service and apps; trademarks belong to their respective owners.
